does recivieing lic claim of the deseased father come under inheritance.if the father has died without paying back a bank loan can the bank ask legal heirs in the court to pay from amount recieved as insurance claim

YES, the bank has the legal right to ask the legal heirs to repay the outstanding loan amount from the amount received as insurance claim for the deceased borrower.
