Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Res sir,
I am an indian. My father registered a land to my name with his willing at 2001 without getting any signature to my brother and sister. Now my siblings ask to give me a share them and they are planned to file a case in court. My father was no more now. Is it possible to file a case and is it possible to case goes against me? I don't like to give any share. Please clear my doubt.
Note- that is my father's family property.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your siblings cannot file a case in Court against you, and even if they do file the case, the case will not sustain in the Court. As the absolute owner of the title of the property, I do not foresee even a remote possibility of the case going against you.
Regards,
