Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I reside in an apartment on the 3rd floor. The family residing above me on the 4th floor continuously drops water on my balcony causing damage and drenching my cloths. And they misbehave when asked to check themselves and continues to drop water.Is there any legal step I can take against this inconvenience? Please help.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should erect a weather shade above your entire balcony, so there is no way that the top floor throwing water can seep into the clothes that you are drying in your balcony. Although a trivial matter, you can also resort to Police action to resolve the matter.
