Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am residency in andhrapradesh since 21 years i am living in a house and i am paying all taxes for gov. but i am paying the tax in others name who is the previous owner of the house. i do not have total paid tax documents. can i register the on my name please suggest me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Payment of Government taxes in the name of the owner since the past 21 years does not make you the owner of the property. There is no way you can register the property in your name.
