I'm a resident of Hyderabad. lm interested to purchase through online lottery tickets of US power ball and megamillions.Is their any restrictions to indian citizens to participate and purchasing of tickets? give reply in this matter

No. US power ball and megamillions tickets are sold in permitted states in US to buy locally not on internet.
