Respected sir, we have a grandfather immovable property and the property is in litigation for hireship certificate. is that legal my cousin brother change the tenant and change the rent receipt without concern us. pls tell us how can i stop these deal ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Judge hearing the matter has not passed an interim order that the present status quo on the property should be maintained by the custodian while the litigation is in progress till the case is decided, the custodian is entitled to change the tenant during the proceedings.
To prevent the custodian from any action, you will need to plead that the Judge issues a stay order.
