Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Respected Sir, I Maliha Fatima had asked you about my property and tax matter on which my uncle remove my grandmother name and mention his name illegally one month ago. And I received a perfect answer from you. But my tax problem has not solve yet and the process is going on. But my problem now is one of my tenant who is running optical has make the duplicate license after I warn him not to make any license until and unless my tax error clear. And without my permission he has taken Tata landline connection on my home address and I dont know what type of documents he attached to take the connection on my address no verification has done from the department. And he is behaving like this is my property for the whole life I am here nobody can move me from here anytime because I prepare all the different types of documents.He is doing illegal things. He has become greedy. Sir what necessary action should I take for this guy. Is he really become strong through this. I am in deep worry. Please suggest me I would be very much thankful to you.

Dear Fatima,
You should increase the monthly compensation for the Licensee running a commercial establishment in your premises, and if he fails to pay it, you should file eviction proceedings against the Licensee.
