Respected Sir,
My Question is : sir near my home one party plot. so vaha saadi ke sijan me bahut dj ka shor hota hai mene plot ke malik se baat ki but kuchh asar nahi huaa. To kya main es mamle me Police complain kar sakta hu ki nahi.

Yes, you can file a Police complain and report the disturbance being caused to you on account of the noise pollution.
