I want to ask whether a tenant can lease out his tenancy to other. If there is any obligation regarding that under law then please suggest me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If sub-tenancy is not prohibited as per your agreement with the house owner, you can go ahead with it. The law stipulates that you should pay the prevailing Stamp Duty and get the Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) registered, if the period of lease (sub tenancy) exceeds a year.
Regards,
