Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Respected Sir,
My Grand Father has sold a plot in 1932 to other party, after mutation of that land the other party transfer of land his nephew. After completion of 84 year. They wanted to sale to other person but the plot of land is different from the survey map. The plot is registration 921 in place of 971. But My Grand Father is not know the plot which is registered is wrongly. After verification of plot is error. in this condition what will be done by purchaser and seller due to passed away of both party.
