Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Can a retired central Govt. employee(Pensioner)file/register a case in civil court? or he can go to CAT against his grievances. Please advice me.

Each and every citizen of India irrespective of his age or status can lodge a case in the Court.

If the relief claimed is against Government of India, for anything relating to your service as an employee, you can only approach the C.A.T.
