what rites does a grand daughter has if her mother dies before the death of her grandmother in case of a undivided property as per mitaksara act in a hindu family

You have NO RIGHT. Any property held by a female Hindu is her own Individual Property, free from any restrictions. So, even your mother if she was alive will not have any right in her mothers property, so naturally you fall in the shoe of your mother, and you have also no right in your grandmothers property. Your grandmother, if she dies intestate then the property will be divided in to all her heirs in equal proportion.
