Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A sale deed by a seller as an Indian Citizen, actually the seller is not Indian Citizen. can I file a lawsuit to cancel this sale Deed ? I am neither seller nor buyer but because of that sell deed I am impacted. My land has been acquired by them wrongly due to this deed. Please suggest what should I do ?

You have to file a civil suit to setaside the said sale by declaring the said sale as null and void.
