Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A have sale deed of year 1972 from Z.B son of A have sale deed of year 1974 of same plot from Z.B in possession of Rent receipt and register 2 record sold the same plot to E in the year 2007 .E in possession of rent receipt and sudhi patra in the year 2011 sold the same plot to F. Is F valid for right title and possession of the plot. Now the nephew of B say that my grandfather buy this plot so I have also the right of half share. What is the right way to know who is the actual owner of the plot.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Sale and rent receipts are two different issues. B cannot have both, sale deed and rent receipt. If it is a sale of land / property, unless each and every sale is duly stamped and registered with the Tehsildar / District Registrar, it cannot be validated.
