Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
sallam i would like to know if any anonymous A person spread bad rumours against any person in which he mentioned that B person is physco n he abuses his died father which is absolutely false without any evidence , so is their any chance that a person can file suit against b party. A party has all call record data in which he can prove that b party committed this sin.

Under Pakistani law you can get damages in terms of monetary terms if some derogatory words have been said in front of some third person or communicated to anyone else other than the person attacked.
