Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

HI, i have school in my neighbors (Commercial Building), they build the school nearly 6,7 years ago and left the windows on our side of the home inside their boundary but everybody can easily see and can keep an eye if want , the windows are too close( there are like 6 to 7 windows through which anybody see trough in our home). It was the junior branch at first so we didn�t bother too much about it in the binging but continuous noise is always very disturbing. But now it has become there signor branch and some grownups studies there which is always very disturbing since my mother and sister stays home all the time.

Is there any law in Islamic Jmhoriyae Pakistan which can stop them and ask them Shut the windows permanently by putting a wall, so we can have our Privacy.???
