Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am seeking divorce from my wife. We got married in 2007.

She is 1982 born (31 year old) and i am 1980 born (33 year old)

She is earning around 7 lac p.a. Her parents own a flat in mumbai.

I am jobless since last 2 years and i am struggling with my startup business.

Presently i am dependent on my parents savings for my living.

Is my wife entitled to alimony. If yes how much amount approx and for how many years am i liable to pay. If she gets married in future will i be liable to pay alimony. Can i ask for alimony ? if yes how much value will i get

We own a flat which is jointly owned but it is mortgaged to bank against housing loan. EMI are pending. Can wife ask for equal share in cash as per todays market value. Current market value of flat Rs. 45 lac approx and outstanding loan Rs. 23 lac.

In your opinion what is the better option to contest and

( to pay equal share in flats value or pay alimony )
