Dear Sir / Madam,
If the total price of sale that you agreed is more than Rs. 17,000/- and he refuses to pay the full consideration to you, the contract to sell becomes null and void and you should evict the unauthorized person (purchaser) from your land by lodging an FIR in the Police station of trespassing into your land. Please re-post if the issue is not resolved by the Police within 7 days of your lodging the FIR in the Police station.
Regards,
Disputed land cannot be sold off unless dispute is over.
