can i sell my portion of property during title(partition ) suit. i m having registry of the half portion of that property.

Dear Sir / Madam,
YES. If you have a purchaser who is willing to acquire your 50% share of the property, you may sell it. Keep the prospective buyer informed that the partition suit is in progress, so that he / she later on does not accuse you of having concealed important information pertaining to the sale.
