Sending my passport within India through courier service to my travel agent in another state. Is it illegal to send through a registered courier service?

it is advisable not to send your passport by post.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Unless absolutely essential, sending your Passport to anybody through courier is not advisable and recommended.
