Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A settlement deed was written by my brother to my mother after 5 year he has cancelled the same is this cancellation valid? will the property retain to my mother ?how should we proceed with this?waiting for reply .thankyou

1) Settlement deed contains both the signatures. Ur Mother also shall sign the cancellation.
Hence legally valid.
2) Cancellation by ur brother alone is valid.
