Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we are having seva sangam regarding religious rituals, we owned a site given by a donor in which it is mentioned as no alienation can be done to the property, with out selling whether we can develop it with a builder and deposit the money for the seva sangam or kindly suggest what we can do>

Dear Sir / Madam,
All the terms and conditions set forth in the property documents will need to be taken into consideration in entirety, to ascertain whether you can develop it with a builder and deposit the money with the seva sangam.
