Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
if i am a share holder in a piece of land whose partition has not been done , can i transfer my share via attorney to anyone else without giving possession of the land ,and as in when all share holders want to sell the land they can coordinate with the person i have given my attorney .

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is always advisable and recommended that the Owner (seller) directly deals with the Buyer (purchaser) in case of property dealings. If the purchaser is still willing to risk his investment on the strength of a POA without having possession of the property, the deal can go through. You should state the actual facts to the purchaser.
