Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you are in possession of the shop located in a Co-operative Society on pagdi system and you are keen to have the title of the shop in your name, you should check with the Owner of the shop whether he / she is keen to sell it and if the answer is in the affirmative, the purchase consideration that they expect for selling it to you. Should they offer you a figure, you should negotiate upon the final purchase price, and with the funds at your disposal, purchase it. I would not recommend you unnecessarily being perturbed on whether other shop owners are interested or not in ownership.
Regards,
