Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hello sir,
We have agriculture land of 3 acres in karimnagar, Telangana of which 1 1/2 acre land was giving as gift to my mother from her father and 1 1/2 acre land my father purchased adjacent to that gifted land in the year 1978. From then on my father has been giving that land on lease as we live in hyderabad. This land is not ancestral property, but my dad's brother has occupied that land and threatening us to leave the land to him. Sir can i get some suggestions as to how to get our land back as all the documents are are on my parent's name and we have tried all means to get it back we went to the police also but in vain. Need some serious suggestions.

1) If the land is in ur father's name, then u will get it.
2) Issue legal notice to evacuate the land. Thereafter, file declaratory suit.
