You will need to obtain a succession certificate by filing a case in local courts. All the possible legal heirs / close relatives need to be made a party to the case. The court will determine your share.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will need to first obtain the Police report on the accident and the Death Certificate, because there has to be a compensation claim lodged by you and the Police for each of the deceased family members on the opposite party through the concerned Court. The custodian of all immoveable and moveable property documents of your aunty will have to lodge an application with all the above supporting documents in the local District Magistrate Court for issue of a Succession Certificate within 3 months from the date of filing the application in the Court. (Reply No. 501).
Regards,
