Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Sir! i am born in my maternal uncle's house where i was registered for national database.My mother lived there only a month.Now i have domicile and permanent resident certificate of my permanent address i.e my father's address (including that i am permanent resident of this place by birth) issued by city Govt .

.

Now a person cased a file in HIGH COURT that my documents are fake........

whereas my FATHER, HIS BROTHERS AND HIS FATHER AND MOTHER ARE PERMANENT RESIDENT OF MY PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS PLACE BEFORE 10 YEAR OF MY BIRTH...

NOW I AM A MEDICAL STUDENT ON A ONLY RESERVE SEAT OF MY AREA AND HE IS COMPETING ME........

SIR PLEASE HELP ME
