sir, 90% cases me ministerial staff ya to aapke kagaj daba dega ya fir faltu me daudata rahega, to usse ho rahi physically or mentally harresment ke liye kaun jimmedar hai, unki wajah se money loss ho jaye to uski kya saza hai, kya koi aisa kanun bhi hai agar wo kaam timely na kare to us nuksan ki bharpai kaise aur kaun karega... thanx
