Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir i am a central government employe i gave some amount to my friend who works in the same department,he stoped giving me the interest and the time of the bond was completed and i filed a case against him and case was decreed in the court,17/11/2011 was the date of case submission and 20/12/2012 was the date of case decreed. Until now my layer was done nothing.we are living in a mandal our head office is in district headqurters what should i do now

After Decree, one has to move for execution. Police cannot do anything in this.
