Sir if a child age of 17 at that time his/her widow mother sell the property without his/her noc and getting other elder brother involved into deal? Can a child when grows up (18-28) age,when knows about rights, can sue to his/her family and get his right into property or not?

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the property is in the name of the widow mother and she has sold it, she does not require consent of her children for the sale. Now the minor, just by virtue of him / her having become a major cannot do anything about it. But if the property was in the name of the minor, the mother does not have any right to sell it to a third party.
