Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, a clarification required. A father settled his property to his daughter vide settlement deed. his daughter has no children. later on his daughter dies and subsequently his daughter's husband also dies. in this circumstances can the said father cancel the settlement deed or what is the solution?

The deed once made cannot be cancelled on the happening of the particular event.
