Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, My I have a elder sister,younger sister and younger brother.Total 4 of us.Our father is dead a year back.My father had nominated my younger sister and younger brother name in his settlement form without mentioning the percentage and my father was retired pensioner from Andhra Pradesh government.So do i and my sister has the right to claim our share or not.What is the exact meaning of nominee???.Both my younger sister and brother is ready to share the settlement with me and my elder sister.So I would like to know the exact rules on nominee and nomination. Pls help

Generally, you and your elder sister can't be legible for the thing already nominated but if your younger's are ready and you also are interested you should have to legal make in your interest.
