Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir our familr is going unde some law suite in which my father and my uncle is in one party but recently our relations with my uncle has become worse and he doesent pay anything and never use to go om any dates
can we become seprate and independent party and whats the procedure please help

to become a party to the ongoing suit, the aspiring person can file an application under order 1 rule 10 of the civil procedure code.
