Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi sir My family agricultural land has been divided among our four brothers 16 years ago with all legal formalities done in court. Now one of my brother is objecting the partition and not allowing me use my property. Is it legal ? is there any possibility of losing my land?. Kindly help me out with suggestions.

it is legal but he has show and proof wrong partition.no it is depend of your partition .you have to take local advocate advice.
