Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir in our family ancestral property dispute is going my grand father ,uncle and aunts have sold the properties in some paper they even forged my father signature the dispute is going on for 23 years in court still we are waiting but there is no signs that this cases are going to end is there any way that this cases can end soon and remaining land is under control of my uncle we do not get rent also when some case end in lower court they go to higher court

Many a times, it pays to be wise to keep the Court aside and mutually discuss and amicably resolve property matters amongst the family members themselves.
