sir my father belongs to obc but my mother is oc.In my school certificates i continued in oc I also doing govt job in my sr i put my caste oc now i want to get my fathers caste to my children is it crime sir? R R gangadhar Hyd

1) Ur fathers OBC will be inherited to u and ur children.
2) Apply to the competent authority of jurisdiction as per procedure.
Enclose what all evidences available showing ur fathers caste, who
will enquire ur fathers family tree etc and issue the OBC certificate.
