hello sir my father had 3 elder brothers and 2 younger brothers my grand pa got a land of 3 acres 14 guntas of land, but at the time of registration my grand pa expired and the land had gone to the name 5th brothers name but he is denying to share that land with all remaining brothers, what to do now ? the land had lavani patta

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your grandfather prior to his demise has Willed the land in the name of your youngest 5th uncle, there is no way he will share the land with all the remaining brothers.
