Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

sir my father a GPA holder before he expire given me in return that the avcue property that he is dealing is unable to get it done so on stamp papers he has mentioned that he is give me some rights to deal the case and if required can sell the property to any one.the same has been mentioned in the agreement between my father and the land owner that if my father needs he himself can deal the case or can get it done by others with full rights. my fater has given me rights before his death that if some thing happends to him i will handle the case procedings. do i have rights after his death.

1) Ur father is GPA holder u said but who gave him?

2) GPA holder how he further delegated his authority to u is not known.

3) Whether alive or expired, GPA holder cannot delegate his rights to u.
