Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir my father was passed away on October 9 we received a legal notice from the person to pay 2,50,000 that my father was borrowed from him but we don't know about him he is a stranger to us he said that my father borrowed money from him in 08\02\2015 can u give me a suggestion how to slove my problem

You may contest the same in the court of law on the ground that even if your faher took the loan, you are not liable.
