Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, My father had registered a land on my name through a gift deed 3years back. Can we cancel the same now if my father and I agree to it. Can he re-register the same land jointly to me and another person?

Dear Sir / Madam,
A Gift Deed can be cancelled by the donor anytime during his lifetime. A gift is made out of love and affection and can be made to a single individual only.
