Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi Sir, My father-in-law's sister has taken a signature of him for a property (5 years back), when he was very sick with low eye sight and without consulting his wife (my mother-in-law) / his daughter (my wife). He passed away 3 years back (approx). But patta of that property is still with his wife (my mother-in-law). So, Is it possible for his wife (my mother-in-law) to claim that property saying that they cheated her husband during illness? Can we file a case against that property? Please provide me your suggestions. Thanks a lot for helping us.
