sir, My grandfather purchased a land on his name then he registered it to my grandmother name.Today my grand father is not there. Do i have rights on that land

Dear Sir / Madam,
The title of the land vests in your grandmother and she remains the best judge to decide on its future ownership. She may choose to nominate your name or your parents name for the title of the land.
