Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
Sir, the grandfather of my wife gifted around 40 kanal of land to my wife's grandmother, the grandmother before her death, gifted the same land to my wife's eleder brother and deprived the father of my wife as well as another brother and sisters. what is the legal position?

When the Grandmother died? When she gifted the land? Was she sane at the time of gifting? Was she medically perfect at the time of gifting? How she gifted? Has the land been transferred on the name of your wife's brother? Do answer me at [email protected]
