Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Sir, my grandpa has 2 wives. At that time, first wife opposed second marriage and filed a case against grandpa. Then he requested his second wife to say we had no marriage between us and she did not know him in the court. For saving his family she also agreed and signed in document.

Afterwards, first wife and my grandpa joins together and tortured his second wife and treated as a house maid. Each wife has one son and one daughter.second wife son living with his family and children.Before 9 years grandpa died. Now first wife son made case in court that second wife and his son are third persons. They hired my home but now they are not leaving. Second wife and her son living here for past 30 years. Is there any chance for saving that home they are living?

Your grandfathers property will have to be sold and equally divided among both his wives and children.

All the children of both wives have equal rights in the property left by grandfather.
