Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir my great grandfather (A) is tenet property and he adopt my grand father (B), grand father have a son (C) and two daughter. Daughter is not alive and son (C) have a son (D) and a daughter now i want to known that this is ancestral property and (D) have rights in this property or not.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since your great grandfather was only a tenant in the property, there is no question of any ownership rights therein for any of the legal heirs, except the tenancy rights which D is eligible for.
