Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

hi sir i am humiliated by my college peon and principle has banned students to come in his office that means principal is not serious to see this matter but i am depressed,i am student of masters in final year and my college is goverment college how can i release my depression i mean can court help me because my principal has allowed him to hurt self respect of students in harsh and rudeanner,please help me or should i leave study because i am sensitive from pakistan
