Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir i am in the indian air force . i am muslim and got married to a hindu girl in 2005. for the purpose of nikah the name of my wife was changed from hindu to muslim name. after marriage since i told that i am in the indian air force,i had to register may name in my department with muslim name. for conversion only affidavit was made and no add in the news paper given. all certificate of my wife is in hindu name. pan card bank account dl all made in the hindu name as the proof of certificates are in hindu name. adhar card was made in muslim name. now i got my wife admitted in ignou in hindu name as all certificates oh hers are in hindu name. now sujest me legally that in what name she should continue her all educational qualifications and government services without any legal objections.
