कौन कौन सी IPC की घारा के अंतर्गत आते हैं?

तथा इन धाराओ के अन्तर्गत सजा का क्या प्रावधान है?

। जैसे कि---

1.

मूलभूत सेवा व अधिकार का हनन ।

2.

मानव अधिकार का हनन ।

3.

महिलाओं के साथ दुर्व्यवहार ।

4.

सरकारी ओहदे की दुरूउपयोग ।

5.

धमकाना व दबाव बनाना ।

6.

दोषी को बचाना ।

7.

दोषी का साथ देना ।

8.

न्याय देने मे जानबूझ कर देरी करना ।

9.

पुलिस विभाग का दूरूउपयोग करना ।

10.

झूठे गवाह लाना ।

11.

झूठी गवाही देना ।

12.

RTI में पुछे गए सवालो का जवाब जानबूझ कर देरी से

देना व गलत देना ।

13.

अपराध को बढावा देना ।

14.

जानबूझ के झुठे मुकदमे मे फसाने की कोशिश करना ।

कृपा करके बताने का कष्ट करे।
