Sir i k.l.sada siva reddt from vijayawada.
my grand mother wrote 2 velunamas
1. register velunama to my mother in 07.03.2007
2. my vellunama is central govt notary in 20.02.2010
my grand mother expire in 05.03.2010
which velunama is in forced.
in my village tahasildar gave to my mother pattadarpass book and title deed earlier. i went to tahasildar office submit my velunama and apply to pattadhar passbook. but he rejected. i apply so many times as recorded. he wont given any answer to my applicatons. i also apply to collector also.they also not given any answer. thasildar told ur mother vellunama is register.go to the court and get a order. how can i get my land.is there any process in law. how can i proceed in court. i want a orderr from court to direct the thasildar and collector.
this case high court is hyderabad. can i get the property threw the court.
