sir i lived in hamirpur(uttar pradesh) since my birth . Now my Family live on rent in hamirpur last 4 year due to bad financial condition . and i am living in Almora (uttrakhand) for my study . sir i am want to know that to live on rent , can WE now also avail the Domicile of Uttar pradesh . as we have not personal property in UP.(due to bad finacial condition). Should we have to buy some property to avail the benefit of domicile. But have all doument of Hamirpur address etc. Drivring licence , pan card
